Why is my order not processing?

Where do you source your flowers?

Our selections feature a premium mix of imported and locally sourced flowers. This allows us to provide the freshest possible materials for every bouquet and arrangement we create.

Can I ask follow up questions after a delivery?

Privacy Compliance: Due to Philippine privacy laws, we only disclose the delivery date, the time of arrival, the name of the recipient, and any updated address details.
Professional Boundaries: We do not engage in investigative questions regarding the recipient's personal life or family status.

How soon will my flowers be delivered?

For orders requiring next-day delivery, orders must be placed before our 2:00 PM Manila time cutoff, subject to availability. Same-day delivery is a special request and requires manual confirmation from our team. Please message us to verify availability before placing your order. If no delivery date is specified, we will follow our standard 1–3 day delivery timeline.
Cut-off Any orders placed after the 2:00 PM (PHT) cut off will be processed the following day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a notification via email or message once your order is successfully processed, which will include your estimated delivery date.

How are the flowers delivered?

Specialized Logistics: We operate a logistics fleet specifically equipped to handle fragile and perishable items.
Climate Control: We use air conditioned vehicles for long distance transport to ensure freshness.
Final Delivery: We use a mix of AC-equipped vehicles and two wheel vehicles for the final fulfillment line to reach your destination safely.

What is your refund policy?

Customer Errors: We do not issue refunds for client related errors, such as the recipient being unreachable or refusing the delivery.
Warehousing: If a delivery fails, your product will be held at our nearest location for one (1) working day or 24 hours while we wait for your instructions.
Re-delivery: Any attempts to re-deliver the item will result in additional charges based on our standard pricing.

Community Initiative: If no action is taken after 24 hours we will donate the bouquet to a local church or a passerby as an act of generosity and a green initiative to prevent waste.
Unforeseen Circumstances: For issues beyond our control like extreme weather or societal disruptions, we will issue a refund in the form of in store credit for your future orders.
